helpful staff excellent breakfast hidden charge infrequent housekeeping
The room was lovely and matched what i expected. the breakfast had lots of choices, and the staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection). attentive service from everyone stood out. I really appreciated the text from housekeeping that kept me updated.
I had to pay this at checkout. also, they only cleaned the rooms once in 3 nights, not enough.

amazing rooms very nice views private beach diverse selection
i found the rooms amazing and the views were excellent. the pool and private beach provided ample space for relaxation. breakfast had a diverse selection of options. the gym was well-equipped and offered a great workout experience. i was particularly impressed by the staff at the front entrance, reception, and within the housekeeping team. omar at reception was particularly helpful.

comfortable bathrobes attentive service
I enjoyed a pillow menu. This helped me sleep soundly. Bathrobes were very soft and comfortable. The poolside service was attentive, and there were many options for drinks and food. I witnessed the fine sunset from the pool every night.

balanced stay overall
pillow menu amazing bath robes poor english broken promise
i was impressed with the room (superior king room). the pillow menu helped me get a great night's sleep. the bath robes were also amazing.
the staff english was not strong. it was hard to understand them at times. i emailed the hotel about a surprise for my wife's birthday (it was her birthday!), but they didn't do anything as promised.
