i found the rooms amazing and the views were excellent. the pool and private beach provided ample space for relaxation. breakfast had a diverse selection of options. the gym was well-equipped and offered a great workout experience. i was particularly impressed by the staff at the front entrance, reception, and within the housekeeping team. omar at reception was particularly helpful.

I enjoyed a pillow menu. This helped me sleep soundly. Bathrobes were very soft and comfortable. The poolside service was attentive, and there were many options for drinks and food. I witnessed the fine sunset from the pool every night.

i was impressed with the room (superior king room). the pillow menu helped me get a great night's sleep. the bath robes were also amazing.
the staff english was not strong. it was hard to understand them at times. i emailed the hotel about a surprise for my wife's birthday (it was her birthday!), but they didn't do anything as promised.
